Hugh is a Director at bfinance, focused on client relationships across Europe, the US and the Middle East. He brings over 12 years of experience across institutional capital markets and alternatives, with a track record of building and managing senior-level relationships with pension funds, family offices, sovereign investors and institutional allocators.

Prior to joining bfinance, Hugh held institutional coverage roles at AB Bernstein in London and Chicago, where he managed significant client books across UK, European and Midwest institutional investors. He subsequently moved into business development at Davy Capital Markets, part of the Bank of Ireland Group, where he built the firm's US institutional presence. Most recently, Hugh served as a senior advisor to PCH International, supporting CEO Liam Casey on capital formation and investor engagement across the US, Europe and GCC.

Hugh holds a Master in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin.
