John Ahern
Director, Private Markets
John initially joined bfinance in 2019 as an Analyst covering a variety of public and private markets asset classes before joining the Private Markets team in 2020 with a primary focus on real asset debt and equity research and manager selection. In 2021, John joined the real estate team at StepStone Group covering European real estate debt and equity research and manager selection, and direct real estate investments. John rejoined bfinance in late 2022 and covers real asset debt and equity research and manager selection.
John holds a MSc in Asset Management degree from University College Cork and an MBA from Dublin Business School.
