Martha begon in januari 2021 bij bfinance als Director in het Public Markets team, gespecialiseerd in equity manager research. Sinds 2024 is ze ook voorzitter van het Responsible Investment Committee van het bedrijf. Ze heeft meer dan 12 jaar ervaring in de fondsbeheersector, met eerdere functies waaronder equity manager monitoring bij Stamford Associates, een in het Verenigd Koninkrijk gevestigd beleggingsadviesbureau. Martha is een CFA Charterholder, heeft het CFA-certificaat in ESG Investing, het CFA-certificaat in Climate & Investing en een first class BSc in Economics van de University of Nottingham.
