Martha begon in januari 2021 bij bfinance als Director in het Public Markets team, gespecialiseerd in equity manager research. In deze rol bestrijkt ze het volledige spectrum van aandelenstrategieën in ontwikkelde en opkomende markten in alle stijlen. Daarvoor werkte ze bij Stamford Associates, een in het Verenigd Koninkrijk gevestigd beleggingsadviesbureau, waar ze verantwoordelijk was voor de monitoring van aandelenmanagers. Martha heeft een BSc in Economie van de Universiteit van Nottingham.
