Frans leidt het Continentale Europese team van bfinance en is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen in heel Europa, ondersteund door de kantoren in München, Parijs en Rome. Met meer dan 17 jaar ervaring bij bfinance heeft Frans een cruciale rol gespeeld in het helpen van institutionele beleggers om complexe beleggingsuitdagingen aan te pakken en het leveren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen die meetbare resultaten opleveren.

David Ness

Director

David is senior director en client advisor bij bfinance US. Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in asset management en financiële dienstverlening brengt hij een schat aan ervaring mee naar de client advisor functie bij bfinance.

Voordat hij bij het team van bfinance kwam, lanceerde hij de institutionele business line voor Crescent Grove Advisors, waar hij ook lid was van de modelportefeuille- en beleggingscommissies. David bekleedde verschillende beleggingsfuncties bij BMO Global Asset Management en M&I Investment Management Corp. Bij BMO/M&I bekleedde hij functies als institutioneel portefeuillebeheerder, financieel analist en interim treasurer van de Marshall Funds. David begon zijn carrière bij Waterhouse Securities, waar hij de functie beleggingsadviseur bekleedde.

David behaalde zijn MBA aan de Marquette University en zijn undergraduate graad aan de University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in economie. David is lid van de CFA Society of Milwaukee.

Amir is een Director in het client consulting team van bfinance en werkt met institutionele beleggers in het Midden-Oosten en Azië. Hij kwam in 2015 bij bfinance en werkte aanvankelijk nauw samen met de CEO en het Global Head of Client Consulting aan een reeks strategische initiatieven, voordat hij zich ging richten op relatiebeheer. Daarvoor was Amir sinds 2010 Head of Investor Relations voor Institutional Investor's sovereign fund think tank-the Sovereign Investor Institute, waar hij samenwerkte met senior functionarissen en investeringshoofden van sovereign wealth funds, staatspensioen-/sociale zekerheidsfondsen en reservebeheerders van centrale banken wereldwijd over een breed scala aan investerings-, strategische en governance-onderwerpen. Amir is afgestudeerd aan het University College London (UCL) met een BSc (Hons) in economie.

Frithjof leidt de afdeling klantenadvies van bfinance in Australië. Hij heeft meer dan 16 jaar ervaring in de sector en werkte 10 jaar bij eVestment, een wereldwijde leverancier van gegevens en analyses voor institutionele vermogensbeheerders, waar hij verschillende functies bekleedde, waaronder het openen en beheren van kantoren in Australië en Hong Kong. Frithjof heeft een Master in Economie en Financiën van de Universiteit van Edinburgh, en is CFA charterholder.

Frans leidt het Continentale Europese team van bfinance en is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen in heel Europa, ondersteund door de kantoren in München, Parijs en Rome. Met meer dan 17 jaar ervaring bij bfinance heeft Frans een cruciale rol gespeeld in het helpen van institutionele beleggers om complexe beleggingsuitdagingen aan te pakken en het leveren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen die meetbare resultaten opleveren.

Sinds zijn start bij bfinance in 2007 heeft Frans een diepgaand inzicht in de behoeften van institutionele beleggers getoond. Aanvankelijk maakte hij deel uit van het manager-researchteam en ondersteunde hij wereldwijd klanten bij het zoeken en selecteren van vermogensbeheerders. In 2009 richtte hij zich op advies voor Nederlandstalige institutionele beleggers en speelde hij een belangrijke rol in de uitbreiding van bfinance’s aanwezigheid in belangrijke Europese markten.

Voordat hij bij bfinance in dienst trad, bouwde Frans zijn financiële expertise op bij ING in Den Haag, waar hij de liquiditeits-, valutarisico- en renterisicobeheersing voor ING Insurance Holding verzorgde. Daarnaast was hij portefeuillemanager voor pensioenfondsen bij ING Investment Management.

De professionele kwalificaties van Frans omvatten de CFA-, CAIA-, FRM- en FDP-titels, wat zijn inzet voor continue ontwikkeling en beheersing van zijn vakgebied weerspiegelt. Ook bekleedde hij leidinggevende functies bij CFA Netherlands en CAIA Netherlands, waar hij heeft bijgedragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de sector.
