Odi Lahav è il Direttore operativo di bfinance. È responsabile della supervisione degli investimenti, delle soluzioni digitali e delle funzioni aziendali. Odi vanta una vasta esperienza nel settore della gestione patrimoniale e collabora con investitori istituzionali da oltre 25 anni, fornendo consulenza in materia di strategia e implementazione degli investimenti. Prima di entrare a far parte di bfinance nel 2025, Odi ha lavorato presso Apex Group, dove ha ricoperto il ruolo di Responsabile globale dei prodotti digitali. In precedenza ha ricoperto anche la carica di Amministratore delegato della società di consulenza in materia di investimenti Allenbridge Investment Solutions e quella di Vicepresidente e Responsabile globale del gruppo Investimenti alternativi presso Moody's. Odi è un attuario certificato e membro dell'Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
