David Vafai is oprichter en CEO van bfinance. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de ontwikkeling van de groep en de samenstellende bedrijven. Voordat hij in 1999 bfinance oprichtte, werkte David bij Mercer in Toronto, Goldman Sachs International in Londen en Bertelsmann in Parijs. David heeft een BSc (Honours) in Actuariële Wetenschappen van de Western University, een MBA van INSEAD, en is CFA en CAIA Charterholder.
