Les leitet das kanadische Geschäft von bfinance und arbeitet mit vielen unserer wichtigsten Kunden in Kanada zusammen. Bevor er 2017 zu bfinance kam, war Les mehr als 30 Jahre lang im Bankensektor und mehr als zwei Jahrzehnte lang in der Asset Management tätig. Er hatte eine Reihe von Führungspositionen bei Scotiabank (Managing Director, Head of Cap Intro and Hedge Fund Consulting, Head of Global Alternative Asset Group) und Scotia Capital (Managing Director) inne. Er begann seine Karriere bei der Royal Bank of Canada und RBC Capital Markets. Les hat einen MBA der York University und einen Bachelor of Arts der University of Toronto, Trinity College.

Armin Dolzer ist Leiter Client Consulting für die DACH-Region mit Schwerpunkt auf Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche. Er verfügt über fast zwei Jahrzehnte Erfahrung in der Beratung institutioneller Anleger bei komplexen Anlageherausforderungen und kennt sich besonders gut in der Versicherungsbranche aus. Seine Expertise umfasst das Asset-Liability-Management, die Portfoliostrategie, Anlagerisiken sowie die besonderen regulatorischen und operativen Anforderungen, denen sich deutsche und andere DACH-Versicherer in zunehmend komplexen Märkten gegenübersehen.
Armin Dolzer war in leitenden Positionen bei Berenberg, Macquarie und MEAG (dem hauseigenen Vermögensverwalter der Münchener Rück) tätig, wo er fundierte Einblicke sowohl in die fachlichen Anforderungen als auch in die Anforderungen an das Beziehungsmanagement anspruchsvoller institutioneller Anleger gewann. Seine Spezialisierung auf den Versicherungssektor ergänzt die breite Präsenz von bfinance im DACH-Raum und ermöglicht es dem Unternehmen, maßgeschneiderte, konfliktfreie strategische Beratung zu bestehenden Allokationen in privaten Märkten und zur Portfoliodiversifizierung anzubieten.
